The first time I went into a football field I was about 5 years, but now that I 14 mentality, I had the first time is almost the same! At first, I played just for fun, chicks in 95 and now I find myself in the same team in the Junior Boys Buttapedra. Playing football, for me is "disclaimer" because I think just to win and nothing 'else! For me, playing football is also a chance to meet with my friends, to talk about what happens in our lives, the experiences lived together and everything that can make us happy. I now as I am, in my team, I am very happy because I have many friends who love me even though I'm a bit older than me: I advise, help me, comfort me, but above all makes me HAPPY!
A real school for the children of Villa Hermosa in Haiti
The batey of Villa Hermosa, despite its name (English for beautiful Hermoso ), has only the pleasant smiles of children who live there . For the rest is not very different from other bateys which is littered with the Dominican Republic. The homes are small wooden buildings now faded by time. The interior is bare, some chest, a table, some stools and straw mats to sleep on, they make up the furniture. In one corner, a container for water collection in a well, used for washing and cooking. Here, as in other bateys , people look restless strangers: the tourists are perhaps curious that, having heard of these communities of Haitian laborers used for cutting sugar cane, wants to know close this reality, or are the vanguard of the authorities who are in search of illegal immigrants to deport them? These communities of Haitians fled their country's endemic poverty, because they live in semi-clandestine: tolerated at the time of the cut I persecuted the barrel and the end of the crop.
Here there are no health centers and services of any kind: the only support that the inhabitants of bateys receive is that of voluntary organizations and some local churches. In collaboration with one of these, the Iglesia Nuevo Amanecer with Christ Solidaria began supporting the school's primary batey of Villa Hermosa in the province of the Roman built by parents of children with makeshift materials, circumstances where about one hundred and fifty children study in the conditions that the images document.
We want to give hope to these students and their teachers, and build a real school, where you can learn in decent conditions. But to achieve this we need to support all the students in this school and to ensure that the batey in which they live, beautiful, in addition to their smile, has the school.

Mozambique: Emergency food for thousands to families
This year, in different districts of Mozambique or , there are many people who, because of the drought are suffering from hunger. The weak rains have failed to Grow maize subsistence agriculture, practiced by most of the population does not always produce the expected results: some years the rains are scarce and, with what you produce, the f amiglie can not eat.
In the single province of Sofala, where Solidaria and 'taken nte with nine measures of support to children, the crop has gone almost completely lost in many places'. In Nhamatanda district, one in which there is a greater number of children and supported one of the most affected by drought, have lost about 28,000 hectares of cereal crops, which have involved 22,450 households from a total of 40,150 existing. To pay the consequences are particularly children, often forced to go to school without having eaten anything, with little results learning. so again this year, in cooperation with WFP (Pro gram but World Food), we continue to distribute food to the children supported at a distance, through or our local counterpart, Acção Solidaridad. Monthly each of them receives 10 pounds of rice (or corn), 5 pounds of soy, 3 pounds of beans, the amount set by PAM. Along with food, are d istribution products for personal hygiene, clothing or useful items for the whole family.
